What is KidsKlub?

KidsKlub is a collection of safe, ad-free games for children aged 4 to 10. One subscription gives access to all games – without in-app purchases, in-game advertising, or microtransactions. All games are non-addictive, educational and encourage creativity.

Do my previous one-time purchases still work without a subscription?

Yes. All content or content packs you have purchased as a one-time purchase remain permanently unlocked, even if you don't have an active subscription or cancel your subscription. You can continue to use these items anytime without paying again.

Can I cancel my KidsKlub membership at any time?

Yes, of course you can cancel at any time. We'd love to keep you as a happy customer – please let us know what we can improve. Depending on where you purchased your membership, you will need to cancel either in the Apple App Store or in your member area on kidsklub.com.

My code from the physical gift card is not working!

No worries. The code is still valid in most cases. Cancel the subscription inside the app and it will automatically expire free of charge 7 days after the start. After that you can redeem your code here and it should work. Problems with the code usually happen because your account is currently in the free 7-day trial period – our system prevents two active subscriptions on the same account at the same time.

Does it matter where I start a KidsKlub membership?

There are several ways to start a KidsKlub membership: via the KidsKlub website, via any KidsKlub app like Fiete World or Fiete PlaySchool, or via physical gift vouchers. Basically, it doesn't matter where you take out your KidsKlub membership. However, you may have to cancel your membership via the respective app store or the website.

What happens after the free trial expires?

After the free trial subscription expires, you get unlimited access to all KidsKlub games for the price of one premium game per month.

What can I do if an app is not working?

Accepted Answer

Most bugs are caused by insufficient memory on the device. Please try to: 1) End all background tasks, 2) Restart the device, 3) Try to open the app again. If the error still occurs, send us an email with your device type and a detailed description of where and how the error occurs.

I already bought an app – can I keep using it?

Of course! Delete the app from your device and download the latest version from the App Store. After opening it, tap through the onboarding until you reach the sales page (do not buy anything!). There is a close button in the top left corner. Once you tap it, you will be in the app. Then tap the green button with the shopping cart icon and scroll down to tap „Restore purchases".

Why doesn't Family Sharing work?

How can I apply for a refund?

For Apple App Store: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, log in with your Apple ID, find the purchase and select „Report a problem". You can also find the „Report a problem" link directly in your Apple invoice email. For Google Play: Visit the Google Play website, go to „My Account", find the app, click the three dots and select „Request refund".

How can I cancel my KidsKlub subscription?

On iOS (Apple): Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → select KidsKlub → Cancel Subscription. On Android (Google): Open the Google Play app → profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → select KidsKlub → Cancel subscription.

I can't sign in on my child's device after „Sign in with Apple". What can I do?

You can log in with email and password instead. Go to User/Account settings on your own device, sign out, then open the app again and tap „Forgot password" (not „Sign in with Apple"). Enter your email to set a new password. If you used „Hide My Email", use your Apple relay address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com).

I used „Hide My Email". How do I find my Apple relay email address?
